Customers may request a return or refund within  3 days of receiving the product.

Requests submitted after the 2-day period may not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.


3. Eligible Return & Refund Conditions

A return, replacement, or refund will be approved only if:

  • The product arrives damaged during shipping.

  • The product is physically broken upon delivery.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

  • The product is not functioning properly under normal usage conditions.

  • The product has a verified software or operational issue that prevents normal use.

To process your request, we may require:

  • Photos of the product

  • Video proof showing the issue

  • Order details and purchase information


4. Non-Eligible Return & Refund Conditions

Returns, replacements, or refunds will NOT be accepted if:

  • The product is fully functional and working as intended.

  • The customer changes their mind after purchase.

  • The customer no longer wants the product.

  • The customer orders the wrong product.

  • Minor cosmetic packaging damage does not affect product functionality.

  • Damage is caused by misuse, negligence, improper handling, unauthorized modification, or accidental damage after delivery.

If the product is tested and found to be working properly, no refund or return will be provided.

Before approving a return or refund, our support team may conduct a verification process, including:

  • Reviewing photos and videos submitted by the customer.

  • Troubleshooting the issue remotely.

  • Confirming the reported defect or malfunction.

AnyTimeForYou reserves the right to reject claims that cannot be verified.


6. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

  • Shipping charges, if any, may not be refundable unless the issue is determined to be our fault.


7. Replacement Option

In eligible cases, we may choose to provide a replacement product instead of a refund if stock is available.
